Who is Vitality Coaching? 

Hi! I'm Ken Meeker. I believe effective coaching comes from understanding the challenges, fears, anxiety, hopelessness, and frustrations we can all encounter. Our careers are a huge part of our lives. But a career should fit INTO our life. I started Vitality Career Coaching as I believe it is not only possible, but vital for each of us to find greater fulfillment in our lives. This is why I do this work.

My Coaching Method

As a coach, I provide personalized guidance and support that helps keep clients accountable to themselves. Helping clients clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and achieve greater personal and professional growth. Offering a structured approach to self-improvement, enhancing confidence, and resilience.

Trained and Certified Professional Coach, I have demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the methods and tools for effective coaching. My "coaching toolbox" includes a highly diverse and wide range of education, certifications, and professional designations. These include: Certified ADA Coordinator, licensed Insurance Producer, Associate in General Insurance, Project Management Certification, and Inclusive Behaviors Certification. Being a recognized leader in multiple fields enables clients to trust in the guidance and support I provide. 

I engage with clients with curiosity and empathy without judgement. Utilizing a structured approach to goal-setting with an open mind guided with honest communication. Having developed a strong understanding of human behavior through training and experience, I can provide constructive feedback on complicated issues. All while maintaining strict client confidentiality.

A Different Approach to Coaching.

There are many paths to success, and each of us must first decide what “success” means for ourselves. 

I've had many roles in my professional life. Launching a profitable business partnership at age 19 before following my moms’ footsteps into nearly 20 years insurance industry. Recognized for my ability, work ethic, dedication to learning, and a desire to grow. Moving quickly into leadership roles and leading a department. Finding ways to create opportunities for staff to grow, learn, and advance in their own careers. This is where discovered my purpose in helping others discover their potential. 

My professional life has spanned the private sector, entrepreneurship, and the non-profit sector. This experience provides me with a comprehensive understanding of many challenges we can experience.

I am passionate about mentoring, creating opportunity, helping others advance, and empowering them to reach their goals. I deeply believe in the power of coaching. Engaging in outside the box thinking and framing challenges in ways that make them manageable.
